MASTER UPS offers 4 services in the field of warranty on UPS.

For UPS < 6kVA, it is possible to get a warranty extension. With this warranty extension you can have 1 year of extension. During warranty, our technical staff is available 365 days per year and 24/24h, the same as our hotline.

For UPS with higher power, it is better to use maintenance contracts, because it is important to have a complete protection of your devices. This contract includes: one yearly visit to maintain the UPS and batteries, changing of batteries at the life time end, technical help through hotline 24/24h, changing of broken spare parts and a technician if needed.

MASTER UPS also offers a maintenance contract of  Power supply for communication (of all brands). This contract includes one yearly visit, one battery discharge test, technical help through hotline and curative interventions.

MASTER UPS is  the only French company offering you the "Discharge Battery Test" on UPS or Power Supply for Communication. With this test, it is possible to obtain discharge curves of all battery cells.
